Gym infoGrandmaster Toddy has trained over 40 Muay Thai World Champions and trust me this man is no joke. Top fighters and instructors come literally from all over the world to learn under the legendary Master Toddy. Not everybody is allowed to join. You have to do a one on one hour long sessions with one of  Toddy’s instructors. The reasons for this is to see if you are a fit for the gym and to see if the gym is fit for you.   I have only been training at Master Toddy’s for a few weeks but in this short amount of time my striking has gone through the roof and it continues to evolve.

Hey man, are you still training at Couture’s gym as well? I trained at Master Toddy’s last month. I am coming back in November I believe.

Nowadays, everything is so competitive and this causes stress. To deal with stress fitness plays an important role. If you are healthy and fit, you easily manage your stress. Most people are losing their weight to keep themselves fit and healthy. It is very important for people to understand that being physically fit and being thin are not always comprehensive.
